# Wand Health

> Direct Primary Care practice in San Diego, California by Dr. Taylor Wand. LGBTQ+ affirming care, HIV treatment, PrEP/PEP, and preventive medicine through a flat monthly membership — no insurance required.

Wand Health is a solo Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. Membership is $200/month and includes unrestricted access to Dr. Wand, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visits, wholesale-cost labs and medications, and direct messaging. Care is available in person in San Diego and via telehealth for California residents only. Wand Health is not an emergency service.
